Xbox Live content is not downloaded to the Xbox 360 console

Solution 1: Delete partial downloads and downloads new content

Follow these steps to cancel all downloads, delete partial downloads, and download the content again.

Step 1: Cancel all downloads

Press the Guide of command.

Go to games and applications.

Select Active Downloads.

Select cancel all.

Step 2: Cancel partial downloads

On the console, go to Settings and then select System.

Select Storage and then select the storage device.

Select the type of content you are trying to download.

Search the item you are trying to download (may appear with a yellow warning icon).

If the article appears, select it and then select Delete.

Step 3: Download the content again

Try downloading the content again through the download history. This is how:

At the console, log on to Xbox Live.

Go to Settings and then select Account.

Select Download History.

Search download history. Select the article, and then follow the instructions on the screen to download the article again:

If the download still giving error, try the next solution.

Solution 2: Clear the cache of Xbox Live and system

Sometimes problems with downloads can be solved by deleting the cache of Xbox Live and system cache console. This is how:

On the console, go to Settings and then select System.

Select Storage and then select the storage device.

Select System Items.

Select System Data Bazaar.

Select Delete.

Clear the cache memory system Xbox 360.

Restart the console.

Return to Download History and try downloading the item again.

If the download still giving error, try the next solution.

Solution 3: Try a direct modem connection

If the Xbox 360 console is connected to the Internet through a router, bridge, or wireless access point, try connecting directly to your modem instead of through these devices. To do this, connect one end of the network cable into the back of the console and the other directly into the modem. Then try to download the content again.
